Where We Ship
We ship to over 60 countries including the UAE, Saudi Arabia, the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, and across the Gulf region and Europe. If your country is not listed at checkout, contact us and we will try to accommodate.
Processing Time
After your book is approved and payment is received, production takes 3–7 business days. This includes admin review, printing, and quality checks. Rush processing is available as an add-on for faster turnaround.
Shipping Times
Standard shipping typically takes 5–10 business days depending on your location. You will receive a tracking number once your order ships. Digital PDF packages are delivered instantly after approval — no shipping required.
Shipping Costs
Shipping is included with all printed packages (Hardcover Keepsake and Premium Gift Box). Digital Story packages do not incur shipping fees. Additional printed copies and gift wrapping may incur additional fees shown at checkout.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can also track your order from your dashboard at any time.
Damaged or Lost Shipments
If your book arrives damaged or is lost in transit, contact us within 14 days. We will work with the courier and arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.
Customs & Duties
International orders may be subject to customs fees, import duties, or taxes imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in our prices or shipping fees.
